A special note from our factory regarding COVID-19 production delays

The State of New York has mandated that all non-essential businesses temporarily shut down operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Smith & Warren factory is located in New York and is considered an essential business
and is still operational, however, with limited staff at a reduced capacity.

During the temporary production delay, you can still place orders through our website and orders will be submitted to the factory. Your order will be put into the production queue and will be completed on a first-in, first-out basis.

Once your order has been placed, we will continue to update you on the status of your order as we get more information, and when your order does ship you will receive an email with tracking information.

Consequently, all RUSH, NAMEPLATE EXPRESS, and WARRANTY/REPAIR programs will be temporarily unavailable.
